About Nix

director + producer + cinematographer + PHOTOGRAPHER + motion designer + editor

With a decade-long career in visual storytelling, Nix is a multi-skilled Video Producer, Photographer, and Graphic Designer who brings stories to life through digital media. Holding a BA in Film and TV Production from the University of Southern California, they’ve honed their craft across multiple genres and formats, from social change documentaries to poetic motion design.

Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to establish their own LLC that allows them to express their creativity while delivering compelling content to a diverse set of clients. With an exceptional understanding of the power of storytelling, they orchestrate the entire creative process—from conceptualization to post-production—creating narratives that resonate and inspire.

Whether they’re behind the camera or in front of the editing suite, their passion for visual storytelling is evident. Their work is a testament to this passion, having been showcased at esteemed platforms like the SF Museum of Modern Art, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and numerous film festivals. They find fulfillment in capturing moments, emotions, and stories that connect us all, and their work aims to create a powerful impact that transcends the screen or photograph.

Striving to make every frame a piece of art and every project a memorable story, Nix is not just a creative—they are a visual artist who weaves emotions, perspectives, and ideas into compelling narratives that engage, educate, and inspire.

A bi-coastal adventurer, Nix splits their time between Brooklyn, NY and San Francisco, CA.
